Nathalie Ellis-Einhorn

Artistic Director

Nathalie is a theatre maker, performer, and researcher. She has presented her work at venues in New York, London, and Edinburgh. Her productions through Gash Theatre have been platformed by The Tank, Camden People’s Theatre, Theatre Deli, Assembly Rooms, Battersea Arts Centre, and New Diorama. Gash's work has been selected for BroadwayWorld UK's Best of 2021 list and as a finalist for the Offie Awards.

Roshi Cowen

Assistant Artistic Director

Roshi (they/she) is a multidisciplinary artist facilitator and artistic director of Hissy Fits Collective. They trained for their MA at RCSSD and their work focuses on the body, sexuality  and humour. They have worked closely with Gash Theatre since 2024 and with venues such as Theatre Deli, The Pleasance, Camden People’s Theatre, Museum of Comedy, The Lion and Unicorn, Battersea Arts Centre, The Almeida and New Diorama. They also have a drag persona named ‘Spanxxx.’

Josephine Long

Performer/Collaborator on SHELLEY

Josephine is a performance artist and actor from Grimsby. She was part of the first cohort for Rose Bruford’s MA Queer Performance and also has a drag persona: ‘lamp.’ Her recent work includes: Fuck Feelings (Artsadmin, 2024) and Kayfabe (Shuttleskull, 2026).

Everleigh Brenner

Performer/Collaborator on SHELLEY

Everleigh is an actor, writer and artistic director of Hoo Hah House Productions. After graduating from Drama Centre London in 2020, Everleigh received her Masters in Screenwriting from the London Film Academy where she began developing her award-winning solo show BRAVE FACE. Everleigh can be heard weekly as a DJ and host for Hoxton Radio and seen in the upcoming Mattel film Masters of the Universe.

Molly Beth Morossa

Director on SHELLEY

Molly is a multi-award winning theatre-maker, writer, cabaret artist and goth based in London. Known for their dark, theatrical performances Morossa's work often fuses storytelling, contemporary cabaret and performance art to explore subversive queer narratives. Directing work includes ‘Since U Been Gone’ (R&D) by Tabby Lamb, ‘A They in a Manger’ at CPT, for Frankie Thompson, and ‘The Grotteaux’ at Woolwich Works, for Shotgun Carousel.

Gemma Leader

Producer on SHELLEY

Gemma is creative director and producer at Above Your Nerve, a theatre company dedicated to finding and nurturing new voices in comedy, drag & cabaret, and theatre. As a dramaturg, their recent work includes 'Go West, Old Maid' (Best Show Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2025 Nominee). Producing credits include Molly Beth Morossa’s ‘Greywing House’ and Jack Rooke’s ‘Good Grief’ (R&D) at Roundhouse.

Emily Louise Somerville

Designer on SHELLEY

Emily (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist and production designer working across theatre, illustration, and digital design. Her work focuses on tactile visual storytelling, combining set, costume, and world-building practices. Emily is a producer with Standing On Productions, where she also leads visual identity and social media design. Previous credits include Where Have All Our Women Gone? (Sort Sol Theatre) at The Unity Theatre and Menier Venues, and How Am I Doing Today at The Golden Goose Theatre. Emily trained at Central Saint Martins, graduating with a BA in Performance: Design and Practice.

Sarah April Lamb

Choreographer on SHELLEY

Sarah is a movement director, theatre maker and teacher. As a movement director and choreographer she has worked for devising companies including Dante or Die, Geraldine Pilgrim Performance Company and Sweet Beef, as well as movement teaching and directing for drama schools including ArtsEd, LAMDA, Guildford School of Acting, and Mountview. Her original creations as a maker include 'Find me, Fool' (Fieldworks, 2022), 'Almost Apart' (Bloomsbury Theatre, 2021) and 'Things I Know About You' (Roundhouse, 2019).

Hiranya Griffith-Unny

Dramaturg on SHELLEY

Hiranya is a creative facilitator, visual artist, and performance maker from South Wales. Since moving to London in 2021 to work in the National Theatre New Work Department, her practice has centred on supporting artists and facilitating works in progress. Her current projects in development include 'daddy' and 'late night revelations' - both works exploring gender, home, and what it is to party. She approaches performance as a location for community, revelation, and joy.

Colleen Bowes

Colleen is a theatremaker, director, and writer from the U.S. They are currently pursuing their MFA in Advanced Theatre Practice at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In the past, they have directed shows at Dixon Place, The Tank, and Dramatists Guild Foundation. They have recently shared work with Side/Step Festival and Voila! Festival, as well as debuting their drag thing ‘COL-OSSAL’ at the Museum of Comedy as part of Above Your Nerve’s Alternative Drag & Cabaret Showcase.
